if anyone gets accepted please post! They should be sending new offers at the end of this week, according to last year threads.

Good news! Congrats! Which university will you choose?

Thx, Actually I still don't know... waiting up for Harvard's decision... but it will be between HLS, Columbia and Chicago obviously

Another offer here! Email from CLS around 4:00pm Eastern today.

Looks like the regular cycle offers are starting to move.

Best of luck to all!

Does anyone know if Columbia sends out a wave of these at one time, or if they start to trickle out after a certain date? It seems a couple of people received emails at 4pm yesterday, which could be worrying or encouraging...

I think that only late March we will have a clear picture of the offers. After Harvard, Yale and NYU send their results

Hi all, just found this board (my wife found it actually). What a great idea to share this info. So here's mine:

Applied CLS in December and was admitted Feb 2. Did not get the Associate funding.

Waiting for word from NYU and Yale.

I am still waiting as well. Applied to CLS and NYU and no word from either yet. I will faint with happiness if I get an offer from either!

Is there a way to check Columbia's Application Status like that of NYU, Duke or other schools that one has applied to via LSAC!

Curious, what do you guys think about the tuition? It seems so high compared to even just a few years ago.

Do you think the LLM will be useful for teaching, professional (getting a job), or what? I think it depends country-by-country. Let me know why you think Columbia LLM helps in your country (unless do you plan to stay in USA)?

Congratulations! By the way, I think there are very few scholarships. Basically only the Associate program, then two others (Human Rights and Appel)... correct me if I am wrong. I think the Associate positions have all already been awarded (because I found I was admitted, but no Associate award a few weeks ago). So, barring people turning down the Associate position, I think there are only a couple scholarships to go (in May sometime).

Unless... you applied for financial aid, but I think that's an independent issue.

@JDD - when and how did you hear about the Associates decision? I was admitted to CLS via early decision but still have not heard about the Associates program. Thanks.

Funny, they told me right away that they were "still considering" the Associate issue. Then, two weeks later, they said I didn't get it. That was mid February.

I just got an admission email this morning and I am ecstatic! I was sure I would not get admitted given that all the people who had been admitted to date graduated in the top 5% of their class, and I graduated in the top 30% (and I studied a few subjects less than a full load in my final years due to work commitments). I do have 5 years experience at a top firm in Sydney, but I wasn't sure whether that would make much difference. So for people out there without stellar academic credentials, have hope! Best of luck to everyone.

AusIP - Congrats! Good job!!! I bet your Personal Statement and/or your Recommendations were very strong.
Question - did they offer any financial aid or any scholarship?

Hey, Just wondering does CLS send rejection emails or do I just assume I haven't got in if I haven't got an acceptance email? Also does anyone know till when admissions emails will be sent out? Any ideas?

Last year on March 10 they started to send out rejection letters, although they also kept sending offers.
