Sorry to anounce you that so abruptly but Columbia disintegarted during reentry into the Earth's atmosphere, on Feb. 1st, 2003. I thought you were aware of that.
Be strong.
PS : I am just trying to have those difficult waiting days a bit more relax for everyone....

I e-mailed CLS and got this reply "Our admissions decisions are made on a rolling basis beginning in December and ending sometime near the end of April. When a decision is made you will be notified by email. Thank you for your patience in this process."

I got a rejection email today from Columbia. i have been emailing them abt the various schools i got admitted to. I guess putting too much pressure on them worked against me...anyways good luck to everyone still awaitng news and congratulations to those admitted

This "rolling-basis" thing does not make too much sense to me, though, since I sent my application in November...
Evidently my file is piled up with others that got there a lot later...or maybe in some kind of wait list...

I believe mine is piled in there along with yours. Due to work demands of my present job, I ended up not getting a chance to courier my application off until the 11th hour.

Thanks anushka for those words......good luck with ur admission.......I have been admitted to GWU,Goergetown,NYU and Northwestern....four out of the five schools i applied. But dont have funding from anywhere...........seriously conisdering NYU.........

But out of NYU and GULC I still have no clue where I should go...there're pros and cons for both and clock is ticking to enroll...

I am also a bit confused with no funding from anywhere...my choiecs are between Georgetown, Northwestern adn NYU though my first choice is NYU...havnt received the package from Northwestern so dont know about funding yet....good luck with your admissions
