Do you mean to say that you submitted the online application on Dec 11th OR that you received an application complete e-mail from CLS which they send after they receive the LoR's etc.
I submitted my appl on 17th and also sent my LoR's on 17 Dec. I'm yet get the application complete e-mail from CLS

No, that I understand because I haven't sent them. Just sent a letter saying that I was currently enrolled in this masters -which they already have along with the other transcripts for other education-. What is weird is that they normally dont require transcripts from ongoing graduate studies.
