No legal questions...they just ask you some personal stuff: Like have you been to Boston, why do you want to obtain a LL.M. in the U.S etc. its was a very nice and fair interview...

I beg to differ with MAB79- I guess it varies from program to program.. my choice of field was banking and financial laws.. I was asked legal questions specially with regard to the system of guarantee, lien etc... However, considering my interview was nt that great i think they do focus on how well u handle pressure and how u answer those questions (with respect to spoken english).. hope tht helps.. all the best!!!

This might be...but a friend of mine who got accepted for the IP Program also had a rather easy interview...maybe it depends also on your interview partner etc.

Well... for me, my interviewer asked me several legal-related questions and questions regarding my professional background mentioned in my CV and study of purpose. I guess he just wanted to make sure my resume was not bullshit and my spoken English was ok.. Therefore, he in fact didn't want to hear my answers thoroughly. After I showed my English ability to him and seemed understanding what he was asking about, he continued to another one.
In this way, I suggested you read your resume and SOP thoroughly again and again, preparing any possible questions may be asked.
Good luck!!!

I faced the same options but finally got accepted at Columbia and accepted its offer. If not, I'd probably would have chosen UCLA rather than BU (even tough they offered me a nice scholarship), because they still have a better reputation worldwide and you also can chose courses at Anderson Business School, which would have been an issue for me...and, CA ihas always a nice weather whil Boston has 4-5 months of very, very cold winter. And last but not least: UCLA has one of the most beautiful campuses in the U.S.
