I have just received an email congratulating me "AGAIN" for my offer at Berkeley and saying that scholarship decisions will be sent by the end of the week. This was quite strange because I did not receive any offer email so far... this was the first email...

I have received 3 emails, one with the offer, one with instructions to accept and one with about scholarships. Does anyone know how likely it is to get a scholarship for the traditional track?

Is there anyone who being put on the waiting list? I had expected that I would be put on the waiting list at least, but was rejected from the first time. Feelling bad.

I think each school has differrent aspect on each applicant. Being rejected doesn't necessarily mean you're unqualified. I, too, got waitlisted from another renowned school (which is not much far from rejection).
Keep going with other choices!
