ack! i'm going nuts waiting on NYU! i heard back from LSE yesterday via email -- got admitted! i decided to apply to LLMs late and so i've only applied to LSE and NYU. i'm living in NY right now, but am an international student. NYU is my first choice.

You have to Gohappy intstead of Gosad now!
BTW did you apply to NYU@NYC only or are you granted any scholarship? I mean, you were admitted earlier than usual i.e. early to mid March as indicated by NYU. So there must be some reason for that.

Looks like you were right. I still haven't heard anything. Did your insider tell you why they are taking so long this year? Most people i know heard from NYU between Feb 24th and March 1st last year.

Thanks, man. Easy, please. I haven't heard anything, either, but am quite calm now - mine would be on the way, so would be yours. I didn't ask why it has taken that long specifically because they would tell me in a routine manner that the candidate pool becomes larger than ever bla bla bla...However, they do fear the worsening economy will affect the determination to accept their offers. They are actually planning on trips to a few countries (which have contributed much to its intake population previously) in the coming three weeks to launch alumni reunion and promotion, which serves as, inter alia, an unofficial orientation. To achieve this, they would try to send out acceptances in around two weeks, which is early-mid March. Fingers crossed for all of us.

GUYS DON'T WORRY ABOUT NYU, THE NOBLE FRANSICAN IS BIGTIME FRAUD...I don't care what anyone says...the guy is a fraud...our consolation will be in getting into the real schools while he hangs around here for another academic year.
