ya pix...i know...but Isn't anyone from the QMUL administration registered on this website to know the views of the perspective students....I mean they should really have someone to see where their administration department is heading....its going from bad to worst in case of application process...!!

Actually the problem is that I desperately want an unconditional offer from QMUL...even in my subconscious mind i am wanting QMUL more than KCL or UCL....Can you beat that....!!

I have also a conditional offer from University of East London. Do you know smth about this place?

I think QMARY is much better.

And do anyone know differences between qmary and other law schools of university of London.

An all of them give the same Diploma - University of London.

In Russia Queen Mary is a famous University. I have heard that Queen Mary Specializes in International law, like my University.

it seems to be, that QMU send a lot of offers in the last days ... but I don't get one :-D

I got e-mail confirming that QM received my application on the 21/03 ... according to your experience, when do you think I could expect a decision?

They didn't send me acknowledgment that they reached decision or anything by e-mail, only the offer in paper. If I remember correct that was regular mail (not priority) so timing might differ, since a letter will reach UK/ close EU countries sooner than Asia for example. I got mine after circa 4 weeks, and I'm EU.

As I have already written my application was registered in december and I have got an offer on 30 march.( They told me by email) I have not received paper-version yet. I think it will reach moscow not very fast, I think they do not use DHL, as I.

3 months to make decision even after acknowledgement.....and that also processing an application in the month of Dec, Jan and Feb is not so bad as March and April (Peak days of applying)....!!!
I don't think i could have heard anything more depressing in the last few months about any University...!!!
Can anyone from QMUL itself....lets us what exactly is happening inside....??

Legal India do not fret, I sent my application in January, supporting documents QM in February and got an offer in march, try an contact j.perkins@qmul.ac.uk regarding the progress of your application, she is very helpful.

and the best response i have received from them on 10th March, 2009 is
"I am afraid the admissions office (I do not work in that office, receive many applications every day. They have a procedure for automatic acknowledgement and they will let you know if any documentation is missing. However, this may take a week or so - if you have not heard from them within the next two weeks, email them direct on admissions-teamc@qmul.ac.uk. This is the team who work on LLM applications."

And its been a month today....still no response even from admissions-teamc@qmul.ac.uk....despite emailing them 3 times....!

I don't agree with someone saying SOAS is too specific. They offer an excellent range of courses and specialized LLM programmes. If you want to do a general one you can!!!

SOAS has been very helpful and answering my emails very fast as well. QM has been a nightmare and it does seem to me that they are also not very organized. SOAS issued my offer and sent me all the documents and acknowledge acceptance in no time.!!!

I would pick SOAS over QM with no hesitations!!

QM is simply a nightmare when it comes to its administration...it is unbelievable.
I also agree with Wheretogo, I would pick SOAS over QM any time!
