Cant seem to locate the other waitlisted applicant in the thread that you mentioned. Can you post the link here. I doubt if 50% of all waitlisted will be commenting on this forum. The number has to substantially larger.

Anybody else waitlisted or selected, please put in a line here.

@shabi- u said u have been accepted to the BCL in another post- am i right?- same goes for tiara- she was also accepted for the BCL and MLF.
I have been placed on the waiting list - unfortunately- and I am the most disturbed of all now. 6 out of 10 now I guess- we proli need to shift the estimated length of the waiting list to 15.
Is anyone worried abt the tuition fees which is £18, 500-

I agree- but it may work in favour of the 'waiting list crew'. Also many who applied for the MLF also applied for BCL, LLM (CAMBRIDGE), and Havard LLM. Let's hope that they get admissions into this.

I dont know why they decided not to tell us our ranks on the waiting list and the total number of people in it.
That would have been very helpful. At least it would enable us estimate our chances better.

How about DPhil? Does anyone hear something about the outcomes of DPhil? Thank you so much.
Posted Mar 19, 2010 11:27
its neither here nor there - time will tell i guess.. and more of waiting and waiting and grumble and grumble and grumble
Posted Mar 19, 2010 13:53
Waitlist for me too. Maybe they will consider the applicants locations to scroll the list...and if thats the case, there is no point on rankings but will depend on who is withdrawing its offer. Anybody else from South America?.
Posted Mar 19, 2010 14:08
location may not be the pref but sex may be, so a girl will be replaced by a girl. atleast that is the practice in US. However in light of the lack of any set criteria, it may be as random as possible.
Posted Mar 19, 2010 14:11
that makes it 7 on 10. I am now tempted to ask the popularity of LLM-Guide amongst applicants. We have 2 acceptances and 7 waitlisted!
Posted Mar 19, 2010 14:14
hahahahahahahaha, well said shabi - all those who got the offer, please raise your hands, now is the time!!! :P
Posted Mar 19, 2010 14:18
while it need not be a random process, given that we all are a part of 'The Waitlist', it probably would be based on an internal system of rankings - am making this conjecture on the ground that for MLF the written material would have played a substantial role during selections. any inputs guys???
