haha, no I'm at Oxford- this isn't an official list! I just know this from talking to tutors! It just means that the BCL at Oxford won't quite be the same re obligations classes this coming year. But never mind- can't have everything I suppose!

Good to know then! I envy your inside knowledge :) Have you heard what the word is on public international law/human rights academic staff?
Congrats to all those who got an offer, by the way - hope to meet you in September, finances pending!

as far as I know, no disruption on the International/ EU/ human rights areas, but will keep you posted!

That is correct. I was fairly devasted about the news re Commercial Remedies- I was really excited about studying that :-(

for anyone who has thoughts like mine (I was thinking about taking a year out in the hope that commercial remedies would be offered the year after), the current position is that it may well not be offered the year after either unfortunately.

Hey guys,
For those of you who got accepted for MJur at Oxford, can you please briefly tell about your educational and work background?
Because my friend got denied with two law master's with very high grades for MJur and want to know what is the reason: is it because of the money?
Posted Mar 24, 2010 04:06
Does anyone have any insight on the remaining courses offered for the BCL next year?
Posted Mar 24, 2010 10:37
in terms of what exactly- will try to help if you let me know what info you are looking for

How long does it usually take the law faculty to get back with replies? I Suspect my email may have fallen foul of their spam filter.
