If it will be the same as last year then you are right, but we don’t know if that will be the case. We will find out soon enough.

Guys, I am sorry to ask this out of the blue but what is this magic button theory?
I have not submitted my IELTS score or Official Transcript but can still see the upload documents button as an Indian Applicant. I'm sorry but this theory seems a little inconsistent. I understand why I can see this option because a lot of universities do keep these conditions in their offer letter and this is not a dealbreaker for an unsuccessful application. Please correct me if I am wrong here?
