Results will be known by the end of the week. The button's status *probably* reflects that a decision has been made on your application. It says *nothing* about whether or not that application is successful or unsuccessful.
So again there is no use in wondering about the button. It's less than a week away from the results. We all know - button or no button - that our applications are being considered and accepted or rejected

actions-> supporting documents->upload supporting document.
