Hi guys,

Congratulations to everyone who received a positive decision!

I also applied to the MLF, but I did not receive any letter from the commission. My button is still in place (transcripts and language exam certificate are available for download).

Received my offer for the MLF - Australian applicant. Long time lurker of the forums and the posts, past and current, have given me a lot of inspiration for my application - so thank you to all the posters. Hoping to get to speak to some of you if I end up accepting the offer.

Edit: Please reach out if you're doing the MLF - would be nice to chat with everyone.

Congratulations to all who has received an offer! Perhaps there has been a thread about this before, but is there anyone who applied to MSc in taxation? Based on prior year's experience, do we usually receive the decision in the third week of March?

Any South American who has received an offer?
Could someone confirm that in previous years Oxford has been sending the offers by continents (from what I see today there were from Asia, Oceania and Africa).

Any Mphil/Dphil candidates have the disappearance of the "upload" button? Does anyone know when Mphil/Dphil candidates will receive the results? And, whether the results depend on whether a professor is willing to supervise you? In other words, whether it depends on the compatibility of your research proposal with Professors' fields? Thanks!

I applied for DPhil, and my upload button is still there. I honestly don't have an idea about when we'll be contacted, but no one has said anything about being interviewed this year. However, based on past threads, offers should be in next week.

Applied for the DPhil and BCL and at this point, just sitting here, refreshing this thread endlessly. Any ideas when and what to expect?

MPhil applicant here! The button disappeared yesterday. I think they will probably send out decisions next week

I read the 2020-2021 posts carefully. I found that they seemed to send offers and waiting lists first for several days (probably around 3 days?) and then several days later for rejections. Many of them who got offers had the upload button disappear previously or simultaneously. So, I guess that you are likely to receive an offer. I hope I will also have some change next week as a MPhil/DPhil candidate.  If my observations are incorrect, anyone feels free to contradict or supplement me. And any other MPhil/DPhil has the "upload" button disappear or already receive an offer? Thanks!

Yeah I would expect the rest of the decisions to be sent out next week; it's the end of term now at Oxford and I guess the admins have more time to deal with applications.

This does not matter, as applications are only looked at after the deadline

Under the magic button theory discussed above, it is a good sign that you will likely receive a offer next week! Good luck. And I start to worry about my MPhil/DPhil applications as buttons are still there. Any other MPhil/DPhil applicants having buttons disappear already?

Hi everyone!
I am an MJur applicant who is waiting deadly for the results to be released. On these stressful days, I have a question in my mind about conditional offers. I am currently a master's student of a part-time online international relations course that I am pursuing along with my full-time employment. At the time of the MJur application deadline, we did not have the final transcripts yet and therefore I could not submit a master's transcript. I only submit my final undergraduate law transcript. As I could not attend the majority of my master's classes due to my health problems, I decided to re-take the classes in the second semester. Therefore, the two modules in the current transcript are zero (failed) now and the GPA is currently 0.00. Now, the second semester has just begun and I re-take the failed modules. I wonder does Oxford's conditional offer only requires the undergraduate law transcript, IELTS certificate etc. or will they require the said master's transcript (whose GPA is 0), if I get a conditional offer?

They might give you a conditional offer with a condition attached to your masters degree, but, given your situation, I would contact the person who's sent the offer and explain what happened; they might waive that condition

Thank you for your answer Miki3999, you are helpful as always! Do you think the possibility of them not asking for that master's transcript is high? I wonder if I get a conditional offer, explain my situation about that transcript but they do not accept my excuse and I share the transcript that contains only two failed courses, will my offer be withdrawn?

If at all, the offer will require to you graduate with (let's say) a distinction or merit (or whatever). It is unlikely that they will be looking at each grade separately. I had a masters-related requirement attached to my offer and they just waived it after I'd emailed them; I think the emphasis is generally on your UG degree.
