LLM in alternate Dispute and International Commercial Arbitration.

Meera

I am a law student from Mumbai,India. I have completed two years in law already. These two years are known as BGL,Bachelor of general laws.I secured a 63% in that which broght me into the first class bracket.
However, in my third year the paper pattern was all of a sudden changed, causing law students of Bombay a great deal of harm , that it has made it to the media this is the link-(http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/Mumbai/Law_students_protest_new_exam_pattern/articleshow/4044216.cms)

My score in this dreadful exam is only 52% and i want to do my LLM in ADR and ICA. Could you please suggest me which University in London would take me.Do they look at only the final year results or the overall results of the student..? Incase i work at a law firm for a year will that help to enhance my chances into a good university.? I have also done a post grad diploma in ADR. Could you guys suggest me some other fields to do my law.I will be specialising in tax law or corporate or both as regards practice..
I would sincerely appreciate any form of assistance and guidance you could give me. Incase i apply to the unis in london can i post this news article to bring it to their notice.i still have one more semester left so i hope to make up my grades..Can they give me admission on the basis of my BGL degree..?

Hii..

I am an advocate from Gujarat, who has recently obtained SANAD..
Well, to the best of my knowledge the Universities in India award the LLB degree after the completion of two years..n third year matters only for those who want to practice in courts..
If the university gives a degree certificate after 2nd year, I think, you can apply on the basis of your score in 2nd year, without even producing third year score...
If any university grants admission only on the basis of third year course, you can get a certificate of your relative standing among all the students who passed out from your batch...
In my opinion, good universities in london are qmul, ucl, kcl and lse...Check it out at the website, as to which of these universities provide the course in ADR.
Apart from the universities in london, The university of Stockholm, Sweden has a very good reputation for its ADR AND ICA course and the fees is negligible as compared to UK universities..(Possibly no fees at all)
