im stuck at "under review" forever now
I don’t think so. Just got off call with Ms Wade who confirmed that I’ve moved to GAO even though my portal still shows “under review by department”. So stay calm and be patient. Good news awaits perhaps all those still under review and it seems they’ve sent rejections to all those who had to be rejected.

Yes email. Tends to suggest perhaps that people who haven’t yet moved to GAO are likely to have been accepted if colleges are already looking at applications (presumably colleges wouldn’t do that until they knew all those who were being offered a spot in the LLM).
