Given what we've seen over the past two weeks, I fear that we wouldn't hear anything till Monday.

Actually, when I checked about two hours ago, it was still "under review by the department".

I don’t know but I’d hope not - they’ve had 12 weeks to assess all the applications together as a gathered pool (as per the website) so there’s no reason they should be distinguishing between “definite” offers and borderline offers in that way. They surely know who they’re accepting by now

Meaningless unless you get an offer I think. When I got an offer for the MCL it became the ID required to access the self-service account to view offer and conditions.

I think we all may have had a USN from the outset of the process as when you download the application form your application number and USN are both on the top right hand corner of each page!
