Just got accepted to UCL but....

Villy J.D.

Hi everyone. Last week I got an unconditional offer from UCL for the LL.M 07/08. But this week I got a job as Associate Attorney at Baker & Mckenzie....... So as you can see I am in a huge dilemma!

Does anyone know if one can postpone the start date of study? I mean would UCL "save my seat" until 2008? Is there a procedure for this? Or would I have to apply again for the LL.M next year if I don't take my place this year?

Please help!!!

if you can miss the money then a one year extra university education at a prestigious university will pay throughout your career. a job in a big firm is nice but will not last. ie, long-term perspectives should prevail over short-term gain.
