Thanks a lot for your replies guys. It's good to know that they may still make you a conditional offer with a language condition, rather than reject you straight away

Surely a change in application status is now imminent (at least based on last year)?

No change for me either. I wonder whether they have started sending out rejections, cause if my application is unsuccessful, I would really like to know it sooner.

According to their schedule, March the 9th.

I wouldn't be so sure. Some people moved from the DC stage even after March 15. Some to BoGS, some to rejections. But people did start to be BoGSd round this time.

According to another thread the MCL applicants are now moving to the BOGS stage.

Yup, doesn't surprise me really - there are far more LLM applicants than MCL applicants. I hope this means we're up next! Loads of other courses have handed out formal offers already.

Hi,
Does anyone know when offers were given last year?
Thanks!
A number of people shared that they moved to BoGS from February 22 onward last year. Some also said they got offers a few days after that (eg February 25). Some, however, only moved from the DC stage weeks later.
See the 2016-2017 thread for more details.
...
I'm gonna start smoking again the way this wait is going...

Thanks for the info LegalLife, that's reassuring to know that they look at your application as a whole.
In this regard, do you know if it goes the same way with the language score requirement ? I mean can they possibly accept someone who only get a 108 TOEFL score an not the required 110 or do you think that an application which does not meet the language requirement will be automatically rejected ?
napot, I can assure you that if you are qualified, you won't be rejected by marginally not meeting IELTS or TOEFL score.
I got an offer last year, but my IELTS did not meet all criteria (i.e. not having 7 in all components - I had 6.5 in one part, but got 8 in overall). Nonetheless, they still gave me a conditional offer, requiring me to fulfill the language requirement.
Hope this helps.

Thanks a lot for your answer CBLLM-2017, this is really reassuring. Did you actually manage to retake the IELTS and get the required score, or could you find any other kind of arrangement, like attending pre-session english classes ?

I managed to meet the score required.
To my knowledge, pre-session class cannot be done in lieu of passing the test, at least for LLM (though some programs, like MBA, may allow it). That said, if you got a conditional offer, you will have time until the end of July :)
