Cambridge LLM 2016 - 2017 Applicants

I have been accepted at Cambridge and I am very happy about that. Unfortunately, I haven´t been able yet to secure funding. Does anyone know how the chances are to receive any kind of funding from the University, the Trust or the College (I applied to Christs and they offer scholarships).
When can I expect to know the decisions about the scholarships?
Thank you for your answers!

Hi! I was wondering if anyone still waiting has had an update in the last couple of days? And if anyone has been able to reach ms. Wade?

I received a conditional offer during this morning.
Good luck to everyone!

There's been 3 weeks (I checked) since my status changed to "seeking college membership". Does anyone know how long does this take? I'm honestly sick of waiting... Is there someone else in a similar situation?

I can only tell you that it took meek three days to receive an offer from the college which was the college I chose first. Maybe your first choice rejected you and you´re in the pool now, but honestly I don´t know, it´s only what happened to me.
However, once you are admitted you will definitely get a college place.

I got my offer on a Thursday, and heard from my college on a Monday. Again, like the person above, I got the first college that I had given a preference for. So, I guess if you havent gotten your first or second preference then you have been made to wait for longer!

I have been in this situation for some 8 weeks or so now - I stopped counting after the fifth week. I was unsuccessful in both my college choices (Trinity and Caius) and now I'm waiting for a college to pick me from the poll. I did check with them if this is normal and they assured me there is no reason to be anxious as I'm guaranteed a place in a college anyway and the delay is due to the fact that they had an Easter break of 6 weeks. So hold on, don't get tired of waiting just yet - we will all be allocated in due course :)

Thanks a lot for your reply, it's reassuring to hear from people who are in the same boat :) !

I would recommend creating a FB group with those who have received offers, regardless of whether they accept them in the end or not. I just say this because getting to know other people or asking questions may help people decide on a programme.

thats so strange... safe to say that the rest of us who didn't get acceptances are more or less rejected?

I got my MCL offer early February, it's already been more than a month that I've had to confirm acceptance... :)

Perhaps no news is good news, there might be some place because people choose to do other courses or do not have the funding? Offers seem quite staggered.

Hi, at the outset, congratulations to all those that have received an offer of admission. I've received a conditional offer from Cambridge. The self service account, apart from listing the conditions of my offer, has a separate link to 'accept/decline the offer'.

Was wondering whether it would be necessary for me 'accept the offer' in order to be eligible for scholarships offered by the Cambridge Trust?

Thanks in advance.
