Hi! I called BoGS last week and they said they are waiting for the department to respond as some instruction are unclear.. I suppose you are in similar situation. Btw are they back from the Easter break? Im waiting for Ms Wade to respond since last week..

The scholarships awarded so far are for PhD students. They are yet to start with master students. The scholarship will be awarded until July. However, the bulk of the scholarships will be awarded between April and May. We should be hopeful.

I would recommend creating a FB group with those who have received offers, regardless of whether they accept them in the end or not. I just say this because getting to know other people or asking questions may help people decide on a programme.
