Anyone else feeling like they messed their application up? Reading mine back I feel like I've spoken a lot about the things I've done and my career goals but not why I've applied for Cambridge specifically (i.e. why not any other masters program at say, Oxford) and I feel like my application is kind of a non-starter for that reason :/

Decisions will be out by end February and early March. 

Have any of the applicants (and perhaps particularly, the early applicants) seen any change in the status of your application review - in the Applicant Portal. Mine says "under review with the Department" for a while now.

Mine is still under review. If it helps, from what I have read from past years threads, there are sometimes a handful of applicants who get the 'Awaiting approval from the PAO' (i.e., a quasi-approval) well before others, typically in early February. From memory the earliest I have ever seen is Feb 4. But this is not common or consistent and is often accompanied with those parties being labelled as trolls or liars (understandably, there is lots of pent up anxiety on these threads haha).

What does 'Awaiting approval from PAO' mean? Does that mean offer?
