I was surprised to see that the application form doesn't ask for school transcripts (A levels/ O levels).

Is this right or am I missing something?

Just need an urgent answer to a question: I am taking IELTS in five days, only my scores, not the hard copy certificate will be available at the time of my application to Cambridge. Do they require the IELTS certificate or just a scan of the scores that are sent by e-mail is enough?

I think scan should be fine - for TOEFL, it is; but please check the website.

I submitted my application on the weekend. I decided I needed to draw a line in the sand and submit.

Hi everyone, I'm an Indian applicant and I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me out with my query. For some reason, the portal's text box has a character limit for the 'Degree/Qualification' part of the application. My degree is a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Legislative Law Honours. I can't type in the whole thing because of the character limit. Would entering an abbreviated version of my degree (say, BALLB Hons.) be acceptable? One of the guidelines in this part of the application says that we can abbreviate the names of institutions or subjects if they're too long for the text box, but nothing is said about the name of a degree. Any thoughts?

Hello - is any one else facing any issue submitting application fee. I've tried almost 10 times with different credit cards, but everytime I get the following message - 'NOT AUTHORIZED'.

To add to my woes, any email to graduate.admissions@admin.cam.ac.uk gets bouned back me, with the message that the email is undeliverable.

Any leads?

Just in case - there is a special page on the university of Cambridge website where current LLM and MCL students can answer your questions - you can find it under the “Chat to our students” heading on the Postgraduate admissions part of the website (can’t post a link here- gets deleted)
