yes i did. I think looking at last year's discussion board, everyone recieved it.

Hey, I don't think Canada is an eligible country, but you can check at your end as well!

About one week before the deadline. No worries, it should be soon if your application status has not progressed.Same PhD applicant here! Yes, I beleive that was to inform applicants whetehr their applications were successful or not. I am referring to whether applications have moved to 'under considersation by department'
