I was hoping that someone could explain to me the process of second round offers (I am assuming that they exist)? Thank you!
Hey MissSunshine, I lack any inside information, but I just know that a friend of mine only received his offer in June last yera (until then, his CAMSIS remained unchanged, i.e. "Awaiting consideration by department"). So if you get neither an offer, nor a refusal in March, then you may be on the waiting list for the second round.
But this might all be wrong, since it's only based on one situation...
