As a graduate applicant, I truly hope that Mark's theory (graduates come before undergrads) is not true... ;))
Anyway, this is just never-ending! Fingers crossed for all of you guys, let's hope for the best...

Offer officially received. Happy days!

I'm really curious to know the profiles of the persons who were made offers.
Is the review going by countries (which would make sense for their comparison purposes) or is it going by pure merit or is it because people who were informed earlier also had other deadlines to meet (i.e. you told them you applied for other schools with an earlier deadline)?
For those who are offered, would be grateful if you could share more. Hoping the best for everyone! I'll be quite sad if I don't get an offer.

As Mark W deduced, I am a graduate student. I am also from Australia. It seems like some of the other people who have received offers were also graduate students from Australia. I know that people of other nationalities have received offers but has anyone who is still at university received an offer?

Yes they have - my hypothesis was wrong. I know a current Cambridge law undergraduate who has received an offer yesterday afternoon (after I made my post)

Congratulations! Could you please tell us more about your academic achievements? It would be easier to prepare myself for a rejection if i know i would fall under the - as Mark puts it - 'shitty' category of candidates as compared to others!

And the wait continues!

For what it is worth to those asking, I am also a graduate student from Australia. I've been in practice for 3ish years, and was a judicial associate before that. First class hons in my undergraduate law degree.

Thanks to all for the replies. Haha. It's really pure academic interest and curiousity (for me). I'm just interested to know how they would do the review. Since I'm waiting for the results, might as well. In the meantime, the wait continues...
Congrats to you guys with the offers!

Only at BoGS so loathe to count my eggs before they've hatched but brief profile: UK, first class law degree; in top 2% of year; some academic prizes and scholarships at undergrad; mooting wins; societies and volunteering (mostly pro bono), and legal internships.

Hey guys,
my status has just changed and I am from Germany, if that is any help to those who are still waiting! Good luck to you all!
Best :)

The interminable wait is rather distressing. Has anyone received a rejection yet?
It does seem to be the case that the majority of offers given thus far have been to individuals who have already received their degree results or internal Cantab applications. Perhaps tomorrow's meeting will be fruitful?

How many offers/status changes have been given thus far? Do you guys reckon about half? I've counted 10 thus far in this forum and if we assume that about 1 in 10 would post in llm guide (judging from last year) would it be a correct estimate to say about 100 offers have been given? Or maybe I am overthinking this way too much and just need to get a life... :/

If it's true that they will make approximately 400 offers then the lack of response may not indicate a rejection. That said, I'm unsure as to the strength of my application and a rejection would be entirely legitimate, I would just be pleased to know so I can stop checking Camsis like a madwoman.

My "Status: The degree committee is satisfied with your application. However, your offer has not yet been approved."
What dos that mean?
Thanks. I am slightly confused.
