I'm not sure, but I have a feeling that the one person who reported getting an offer for the LLM weeks ago will have been the one put forward by the Law faculty as a potential Gates scholar because the departmental nominations must be done by a certain date in February.

That is just speculation on my part, I'm not even eligible for a Gates scholarship as a UK citizen so might be total rubbish....

If you follow this link http://www.gatescambridge.org/apply/timetable.asp you will realise that interviews for international students are conducted in late march although shortlisting is done in early March. The USA Scholar list has already been released but sadly, there is no LLM student!

Sigh starting to believe I have no chance with this. Submitted on the day before the deadline and the region I'm from is such a longshot :( ..Hope those who have gotten through can share some advice for next time! Best of luck all! :D

Conditional offer came in yesterday c. 3pm. Brief points in terms of profile:
graduated first at undergrad; 1 year experience in national firm; several previous internships in public legal sector; mooting and society involvement.

Searching for a crumb of comfort. How many of those with offers have already finished their undergraduate degrees?

Or perhaps putting it the other way, is there anyone with an offer that has not yet graduated? I know 3/5 at least have.

M8 I think till now maybe let me say 15 % of the offers have been made and from a mathematical standpoint we do have at least 90 offers or maybe 120 offers in the oven so please cheer up !!!! :)))

Cheer up all of you guys please !!!!! the mood is optimistic than it is the contrary and trust me last year 180 offers were made so be happy and wait like experts!!!
