Of course, 270 CBT is enough as you need only 250 CBT. Aditionally, you need a 5,0 in the essay section. But that won't be the "big" problem if you make a total of 270 CBT.

Well, the application says min 250 but my concern is about the average score needed for entrance. I am sure that there are many out there with more than 250. I got 270 and 4 on the essay. Hope the grade on the essay will not matter that much.

I've got the same problem. My total score is 267. Particulary, 24, 28, 28 and 5.5. As you may see one point is missing on the Listening. However, I will apply.
