Welcome Arnaud. I had in mind to create a FB group when the course started. I'm happy to do this, or would you prefer to do so? Or isbjorn? Your post just popped up while I was typing this.
I called in at SciencesPo this morning. I'm told that the class will be just under 20 students.
On a whim I went to the administration building and asked if it was possible to get my student ID card. I walked out with the new card in my pocket. This makes it all real now!

Hi. I also recently applied to this LLM and would like to know if the program has met you guys' expectations. The program seems very interesting and so does the faculty. However, I am a bit concerned about the program being so new, and Sciences Po not being very well internationally ranked as law schools. I would really appreciate any input on this
Regarding the admission process, it seems lengthier than other universities...
Thanks!

Hi Monica, great. No news yet. It seems like they are very strict with the "Early February 2018" decision deadline.
Wish you luck!

Hi everyone. I am applying for this LLM program for 2018-19. I have been following this thread. I was wondering if someone from the present could give me some insight about the program and if there are scholarships offered for it. What do you think are the career prospects internationally after completing the program?

Hello. I am part of the present edition of the program. The program is great. It has the best professors and practical sessions in top tier law firms. As per the career opportunities, it’ll depend completely on your profile and the way you interact and project yourself to the law firms. You must remember that Paris, being the hub of arbitration, you are in competition with almost everyone in arbitration in the world. However, Sciences Po gives you an edge over them all due to its excellent reputation and its presence in Paris.

Hello guys! I am part of the inaugural edition of the TADS LLM. Seeing that admission offers are being rolled out for the members of the next class, I created a facebook group exclusively for the prospective or newly admitted candidates of the TADS LLM. The group has students of the first edition of the program as members. You can ask and clarify any issues you may have.

I was wondering what the profile of those admitted looks like. Could you please outline briefly what previous degree you received/classification, work experience/duration/sector. I would like to gauge my chances or see if I m far behind what they are looking for. Thanks!

Hello, sorry for the late reply. In the present LLM, all the candidates have prior experience in arbitration, some of the students having a first LLM before doing this LLM and some of the students have 4-5 years of experience in International Arbitration. That being said, if you have prior experience (even internships) in arbitration and have a demonstrated interested in international arbitration, you are in the competition

Hi Craig, I checked you are on Sciences Po LLM. What are your impressions? I konw it is a new course and as I am on Waiting list at ICAL I am thinking to apply. Do you know if the second round applications (ICAL) compete with the first round that are in the Reserve? Best, RN
