The subject of my interview tomorrow is my application regarding the EMLE grant. The interview is not part of the regular selection process for the EMLE program. Because the EMLE grant it is an ERASMUS scholarship its a normal process to interview some applicants.
Anyways, if you didn't get an invitation for an interview this doesnt mean that you dont get a place in the EMLE program.

Congratulations! You guys have interviews in the next week? What are the tentative days of interview they sent you? This may imply that interviews are still in process and the decisions will not be available until the end of the tentative period of interviews.

hey guys,
I also gave the interview for EMLE. Can anybody here say what do the EMLE students go on to do? Do they get placed in research institutes or law firms or anything? or are they left to themselves once they graduate?

As far as the information is correct that i receved during the interview yesterday, we should receive an email by the end of this or next week.
However, I dont think they interviewed all candidates for the simple fact that the interviews took place only yesterday!
In fact Im am convinced that the interviews have nothing to do with receiving an offer or not ;)

Im an eupopean applicant.
When you google Erasmus mundus scholarship you will find out that its a normal process to conduct skype interviews with applicants. These interviews took place this week on monday between 11-12am and 5-6pm, Timezone GMT +1. The email i received stated in the subject of the email: "Your application for a EMLE grant - Skype Interview". I think everybody that received this email can confirm this.
Summing up, I think they didnt interview all 1000 applicants on monday during 2 hours ;). Regarding the GMT times and the subject of the email it should have been a proces to select european students for the Erasmus grant.
