Just got the email from EMLE, saying
"Due to a database error we lost about a week of work on the application process. This means that the admission and rejection letters will, in all likelihood, be sent out over the course this and the next week (first week of April)."

Terrible!

Hey, everybody:)

I'm an EU student and received an offer as well (sadly, no scholarship...) This fact makes my choice even harder because i've received an offer from another law school which would be my priority but upon strong academic conditions, so now i've to decide whether or not i wanna spend 500 euro, if maybe in the end i'll go somewhere else anyway...

i called a secretary at the Hamburg uni (from the emle website) and she told me that anyone who hasn't received a reply so far has not been accepted in the 1st round. She said that they will be sending out rejection letters or offers for candidates in the waiting lists in the coming weeks.

Honestly? It's just ridiculous.
First we were supposed to know before the end of March. Then another 2 weeks. And then next WEEKS?! Why they are not sending rejections first? To fullfil free places after 1st round? Ok, so maybe they could tell people that they are (or not) on the waiting list at least? It's not serious.
So dbar0003, you're telling that for people with no news so fas there is no any chance to get Mundus scholarship?

It's what the secretary told me. She could be wrong of course. She also told me that the contact person Sina-something will be away from her office for the coming 10 days or so

As I said - the secretary could have been wrong. I spoke to a Christiane Ney.

I actually have double nationality and so could apply for both. I ended up applying as EU Student.
