it's kind of residence permit - nit takes a lot of time, it's not a turists' visa and Belgium is not friendly at all.

Reserve list? Those bastards! So they make us wait all this time to find out that we're on the reserve list? Well, maybe if they didn't admit too many non-ENP people who have more than one masters there would've been room for us.

I emailed them and they didn't reply me. Gosh, I'm so upset at them right now. They might have screwed up my whole future with their idiocy!

They sad that someone with the same nationality as mine should refuse for me to be in.
Does anyone know how they make this lists? By nationality, programme or anything else?

Don't you guys find it strange that all of us ENP people are on that list? Is this some kind of discrimination or something?

Agreed, Nadia! There's a lot of inconsideration and rudeness going around. They should've informed us of their decisions and not leaving us in the dark like this. It's unprofessional.

I'm not sure how many they admit from a certain country. But it seems there are a lot of Italians. So I'm guessing there's no rule. Shouldn't they at least give other people a chance? People who have no masters and come from an underprivileged country?

Actually it's common situation to have a reserve list and they definitely have a certain number of places for each country. At least it usually works this way. Don't think there is any kind of discrimination.
However I agree that selection process is taking too long. In case of been admitted I can face a problem of getting a visa on time at least since there is no Belgium embassy in my country.
