I don't know of any legal practice programmes that are delivered via distance learning. They tend to be very practical, so perhaps not best suited to distance learning.
An LL.M is often more research based (even for taught masters), and is well stuited to distance learning, particularly web-based distance learning.

the law school i am for my LPC - BPP (London) has a kind of distance programme - but I think you have to be around at the beginning a little bit. I'm not sure of the details but check out www.bpp.com/law
