Being from Montreal, I think there are a few important differences to consider. If I'm not mistaken the UdeM program is in French, while the Osgoode program would be English based (being in Toronto).
Furthermore, UdeM is a civil law school (a well recognized one in Quebec) while Osgoode is a common law school.
Generally I would say Osgoode has a better reputation but it really depends on what exactly you are looking for.

thanks for ur reply,Medland. your information is quite useful.
I've seen the courses arrangements about UdeM and the program's name is business law in global context, teaching in English.45 credits and lots of courses are about business world.
Compared to UdeM,Osgoode is indeed much famous but the courses, in my opinion, are not as extensive as UdeM's.
I really hope to learn some business law knowledge.Osgoode is world-wide recognized and UdeM is also very famous.God! What should I do?
By the way,Medland. How about the job market in Montreal, tougth or easy to get one job, not limite in the major I learn.
many thanks!

In asking about the job market, I assume that you are Canadian. An LLM per se is not helpful at all in securing a position with a law firm unless you are a member of the Bar, so you would be thinking of government or a large corporation I presume. Generally speaking, and more specifically since the collapse of Sept. 2008, the job market has sucked for lawyers - with the inevitable result that more students have pursued a LLM due to the fact that jobs are not reradily available as in the past. UofMontreal is effectively an unknown entity beyond our borders, however, is an excellent law school.
