Hey Guys!! Did anyone receive any acknowledgment from NUS after sending an acceptance mail for the LL.M. course offered?

Do you have any idea about NUS giving scholarships to Indian students? I spoke to an Indian student who just finished his LL.M at NUS and he said- "NUS does not give scholarship to Indian LL.M students. Also, if you are considering a campus placement then think twice before coming. In case you are considering to go back to India and work, it is favorable to join NUS provided you acquire good credentials from the LL.M. It is a great law school but jobs are not guaranteed."

I am confused now. :-/

I don't think that we have to send a self attested copy of the offer letter.

@belli Congratulations for the offer!! We are likely to receive accommodation details in the second mail that is supposed to come in May.

There are application periods for getting an accommodation in U town or the other hostels near by. We will have to apply for the hostel places as soon as the application period opens.

I received my admit to the NUS LLM (General) course and am awaiting word on scholarship. Has anyone here received any correspondence on the same?

Also, is there anything to be done as of now regarding accommodation or any other processes for our course? I notice that the application for on-campus accommodation begins start of May. Is there anything that needs to be done as of now?

Hey.. I haven't received any word regarding scholarship...My week for receiving any communication about scholarship is also up so looks like I won't be getting any scholarship but All the Best to you!!

@All -Regarding accommodation the most convenient accommodation is at the College Green which is the campus for Lee Kuwan school of public policy.. Their hostel applications I guess will start in end of April as per their website.

We will have to check with them though.. Just google college green singapore and you will find the link for the website

Hey, I have got into NUS for General LLM and also into Georgetown for LLM in Taxation. Which one should I prefer?

Moreover, does accepting NUS offer mean that I cant accept any other offers? I am asking this because its written in the offer letter, "we understand that you confirm to have withdrawn from any outstanding offers and other institutions...."
