The NUS Faculty of Law is Asias Global Law School. The graduate programme is integral to that vision, bringing lawyers from dozens of countries to Singapore one of the most dynamic and open economies in the world, and the gateway for many multinational corporations to Asia.

We are pleased to announce that applications for our LLM and PhD programmes (July/August 2012 intake) will open soon on 1 October 2011.

The deadline for applications is 1 December 2011 for the regular programmes and 1 January 2012 for the LLM (International Business Law) programme in Singapore and Shanghai. The following programmes are available:

RESEARCH - PhD programme

COURSEWORK - with or without specializations in:

Corporate and Financial Services Law
Intellectual Property and Technology Law
International and Comparative Law
Asian Legal Studies
Maritime Law
International Business Law.

The specialised LLM in International Business Law is taught in both Singapore and Shanghai (admission in July 2012), while the other programmes are offered entirely in Singapore (admission in August 2012). Thanks so much for the post. Its quite useful...Would like to know more LLM without specialisation since I plan to pursue the same. I have taken the IELTS and waiting for the results...Would like to know few clarifiations though....Can you please help me out on these....
1) What are the number of seats for LLM without specialisation.
2) Is it possible to finish the course within the one year period since it involces in 40 credits to be completed
3) Is there any part time employment available ?
4) What about the accomodation facility
5) Am told that singapore is a costly city... How much will the living expense cost me.
6) which is the best site where i can connect with people who plan to pursue their LLM in Spore....
