Yale letters of recommendation

djskitz0

Hi all,

To those admitted into the Yale LLM program, I keep hearing conflicting advice about the letters of recommendation. I note that the website states that we can provide one professional and one academic, however, on the Yale law blog, it stresses that it should be two, but im unsure if this applies to JD's only.

Look forward to your response :)

@Phoenix: Could you please share some suggestions/ideas about your application (if that's okay for you)? I will be graduating in May 2019 and am planning to apply for 2019-2020 term. I only have summer internship experiences.
Anyone with summer internship experiences got into yale?

did anyone answer your question or did you get the admission without internship experience? I just wonder to what extent ınternship experience is important, especially for those who want to be academicians but not a lawyer etc.
