Hey 2009
What else did you find out? Is everyone who is admitted being called or notified today? 'At' - meaning at the campus?
Thanks,
Nervous,

Hi,
Could you then pls ask if they will notify everyone today or if Italian was an exception? So I could sleep better. =)
Thank you.

You're at campus...this is so ridiculous...

Yes, I am. My husband is a LLM here.

My husband is a[n] LLM here...so you're like tweedledee and tweedledum...you wait turns...or should've known he'll be a Phd next year!

2009 is a real person, I know her...
She was my classmate (actually, my "CALOURA" / freshwoman) at the University of São Paulo Law School!
Right? ;-)

She was at mine too...now the lunatics have taken over the asylum...

BTW, her husband (whom I also know - we are all from the same noble breed of Franciscan/USP graduates) will embark on a J.S.D. next year...

CHRIST CHOICE, where are you when we really need your heavenly networking, my brother? Please, pray for Him to make this incredulous pagan shut the f*** up!

Same paranoia as every year.
Last year's conspiracy theory was like this:
"2 of the 6 persons who claimed to have received a phone call from YLS disappeared and deleted their messages. All the other persons apart from Mr. Mxzyptik, joined llm-guide just to say they were admitted to Yale. So, it could be the same person who joined with 2 usernames to fool us.
Another query I have now. A chinese applicant claimed that he received a phone call by Yale on 6:21 pm EST. When it is 6:21pm at Yale it's 7:21am in China. Do you think that Yale would call an applicant that early in the morning? People haven't gone to their office on 7:21am.
What are your thoughts? Do you think that we're victims of a bunch of people who are just trying to laugh at us?"
http://www.llm-guide.com/board/41740/2
But then, actually some people have been lying about their admissions on the LLM-Guide fourm, e.g. ToykoGuy alias douche_bag --- so you never really know for sure until you get your own letter.

There are 2 more guys accepted. One indian and one from Guatemala.

Guys: Why we should not believe in Trickers acceptance. At least that someone is completely sure that is a lie, I prefer not to bother him.
In Nov 27, someone posted that he was accepted by Columbia, and many people didnt believe him and doubt about the veracity of what he claimed (http://www.llm-guide.com/board/52297); however, it was true: Columbia started in late November, one month before its deadline, to release acceptance notices.
Yale is everyone dream law school, and I agree that is the most selective law school, so, I understand that for every applicant that is accepted, other applicant will have a 4% less probability of being accepted, but well, is Yale after all.
Tricker is a new user, but Franziskaner is an old one, and if he says that he knows someone that claim that Yale started to release acceptance, I believe it. But dont panic: I think that most acceptance notices will be release in the next couple of weeks, and Trickers early acceptance is an exception
If we start to bother people, everyone will be afraid of become the first one to post his/her acceptance. Remember than our purpose is to share information and support each other.
Cheers!

I completely agree, and just to make it clear, 2009 is my wife.
Posted Feb 28, 2009 01:14
Well, my theory was right: The people that has been posting here were not lying:
User 2009 posted that Yale has started to release notices.
Kobayashi claimed that 2009 is his wife
I check a tread of March 2008 were Kobayashi posted that he was accepted by Yale, and Harvard, but he will choose Yale (late congrats Kobayashi!)
So, at least someone was planning a joke for more than one year, Kobayashi exist, is studying at Yale, and his wife, 2009, is posting here.
So, wish you good luck to all of you!!!
