A friend of mine applied and her application still shows completeness. Is this normal? Anyone here with un under-review application?

My application status simply says "complete", nothing about it being under review.

This forum is unusually quiet for admissions day. Anybody else received a call? I guess it's past working hours now so we can't expect news for another 10/12 hours, just wondering if more people heard on the 27th.

I did not hear anything yet, and my application shows 'complete'. I dreamed a beautiful dream yesterday, someone gave me a letter from Yale and told me that I am already admitted with 19 other candidates!

Admitted by both UChig and Yale. Received a call from Maria a few hours ago.

Do they call all admitted on the same day?

Although I have not been active until now, it was always nice to read about how the process is going. I was officially admitted yesterday, but informed today. To be honest, I think they released most of the decisions yesterday. I must add that I am a fulbrighter and my Country Office only forwarded the email to me today. So, there is some room for those who are waiting and are on a fulbright. I hope this is helpful and good luck to everyone!
