Is there anyone in the class of 2009 or 2010 considering transfering to the JD at the end of the LL.M program?

I am planning to attend the LL.M. program and then I will try to transfer to the J.D. too.

I heard that their transfer prospect is kind of flexible once you make the necessary grades, but I am still not sure if realistically one will always get transfered if you apply and make the grades. Do you have any statistics on their current transfer numbers? I mean how many got transfered to the JD from the LL.M class of 2008?
