had to turn down their offer (work-related scheduling issues) but told them i'm considering reapplication next year. got the quickest and kindest reply. moved them up a notch (or two?)on my priority list for reappliction indeed.

I got admitted to UVa at this late date. Maybe someone declined the offer.
Although I've got admissions from other schools, UVa is my first choice, and I will accept the offer.
