...no offense, guys, but these posts are a wonderful example for rankingmania. One may ask why JDs bother so much about them (at least those who do NOT want to end up as corporate law firm slaves...) but why LL.M.s would spend their lonely nights discussing rankings - I'll never know.

good news for NYU~~~cheers~~~ though the competition between NYU and CLS has been going on for quite some time, i still think they r both great schools despite the slight difference of the ranking.

seems like ivan2006 is sooo elated by the ranking. Congratulations on this big one-position movement.

But this was last year.....in the new 2009 rankings NYU has lost the position gained in 2008....
