OK, let's face it: even assuming your professors were right, for which areas of law would Chicago's tuition be better than Harvard? I would assume it is is not the case for corporate law, IP law, international law, environmental law and dispute settlement. The balance would probably tilt in favour of Chicago only with regard to antitrust law, international trade law and economic analysis of law. Any other subject to add to this list?
upenn vs chicago?

is that there is at least one person in harvard whose the recommendation was written by a famous politician in my country, who happen to be this person's father wow, I cant believe what you are telling me! I have also hear rumour that Harvard not always is looking at the best applicants, but the sons of very rich people or famous politicians, or that somebody was waitlisted at Harvards college until his father donate a couple million of dollars, but, if they accepted a recommendation from one father to his son Im really disappointed from HLS admissions policies.

Harvard looks for future leaders. Although you can question their selection policy, you can't deny that they do a good job in it...
If your father is a president, or a senator, probably you will be an important person in the future. Facts. Let's not be naive.

Totally agree with you in this sense. This is the profile which best fits harvard, and yes, they do a very good job. There is a reasons why lots of american's presidents did harvard, some of them really good, other not so, how can I say..."brilliants"...
Just seems a little unfair for "regular people", but who said it would be fair, all right?
best regards...
