Could you share what kind of candidate you are ? I'm trying to figure out if I stand a chance to get into an LLM next year and I saw that a lot of few got accepted this year so it would be interesting to see what kind of resume you all have.

I'm a french student finishing my "licence". I'm currently studying abroad in England. I have, as of now, 14/20 (mention bien), which at the university of Toulouse means that I am in the first 10% of the class. I don't have any experience however. Next year I will be doing a Master 1 in Business Law.

I emailed them about financial aid, and this is the reply:

"We began making financial assistance determinations in late February, however, the process may last well into the month of April. At this point it is not possible to predict how the limited financial assistance available will be distributed, however, you will certainly be considered as a candidate for whatever financial assistance is available. "

Got my acceptance email three weeks ago but still haven't received the welcome package :

Does anyone know, STATISTICALLY, when will I hear back from UPenn to inform me of whether a seat has been made available for me or a definitive rejection?

Apparently the decisions re financial aid will be made and notified by April 1.

My "Applicant Online Status" does not show anything like "under review," "application complete," etc. Is anyone on the same boat? Is this mean that I was rejected?

Hi, I haven't heard from UPenn on aid as yet. Considering we need to make the deposit by April 1, I am quite surprised - or have they already made a first round of scholarship offers? which may trickle down to others based on rejections?

They told me that they have already made first round of scholarship decisions. Second round will be after April 1 should anyone decline their offer. I guess the chances are slim..

Guys kindly guide me as to whether any students are admitted off the waitlist...Anybody this year??What is the usual trend??

I am also waitlisted and not loosing hope. On the other hand, we cannot predict when their final decisions regarding waitlisted candidates will be announced((

I am in the same situation. I saw at the app tracker that many people enrolled in other universities so we still have chance. Let's hope to hear something by the end of april.

Guys, when is the deadline for admitted students to accept/reject their offers?

April 1st was the deadline for making the initial deposit.


I declined my offer last night. Good luck to those of you on the waitlist.

Anyone received offer from waitlist?? It seems that last year the offer was released from Apr 5.

Just received my offer today. Was waitlisted in late February. I have to let them know and pay a first deposit by the 10th of April.
