Just received my "waitlist" email (it had a typo lol). Anyway, congratulations to those who got admits and good luck to those still waiting!

I wasn't too keen on Upenn, especially given that they charge extra for the Wharton certificate. A Wharton MBA is a whole different story, but given LLM job prospects as it is, I would not have considered taking extra debt just for a certificate.
