Not yet. I believe they release financial aid decisions in late March.

Any idea as to how generous Michigan is? Are there instances in which they gave full waiver?

Here is their website page where they list some of the grants they give. https://www.law.umich.edu/prospectivestudents/graduate/Pages/financialaid.aspx

I don't have exact details, but a friend who came from Michigan just a couple of years ago said Michigan is relatively generous compared to other top law schools. :) In his case, I think he got a full waiver from the De Witt scholarship.
