I just got a call from UChicago with the admission decision! good luck to everyone still waiting.
CONGRATULATIONS!! This is big news! Can you give us more details please?? Where are you from?? did u get any email after the call or has ur status changed? thanks!
they say they're sending out emails by Friday and a physical letter will come after. I'm in the UK and it was around 7 p.m. GMT. My documents list did go blank.

I tend to believe everyone’s requirement list is blank.
But I double UChicago will call each admitted applicant... if the decisions have all been made, they can just release them in one go. If they are made on rolling basis during this week (not very likely), I am struggling to believe they are calling 50+ ppl every day this week and then release the results by email on Friday. Just doesn’t make sense to me.
So conclusion is: rest assured and wait for the email...
