You'll have to let us know how it is.

Is this just for current applicants or future applicants too????? Hadn’t seen it advertised!
Posted Feb 17, 2021 23:18
I *believe* it is an invitational event for current applicants only but I could be wrong.
Posted Feb 17, 2021 23:19
I expect that they will receive many "where are our decisions" questions haha.

Ah thank you, that’ll be why I couldn’t find it - not applying till next season! I hope you get the answers though haha

One week later...nothing seems to happen

We’re waiting for them to release decisions since February 1st, let’s say it’s taking a bit more time than expected ^^’

Now that you mention it, I just realized it's been >2 weeks late from the initial schedule.

I have just got off the UK call for prospective students. When asked about admissions the admissions officer said they are reviewing applications now. They’re trying to get some decisions out at the end of February, but it might be later due to COVID. The later you applied the later the decision will be. Guess we got a lot of waiting....

Wow that’s absurd.

Another Friday is over, nothing happened. The second wave is on 20th last year...

Any news yet? The delay is preposterous considering they told us to expect at least some results to be out in January. Gee UCLA... you'd better offer some fat scholarships to make up for this.

I'm literally shocked. This is ridicilious.

I have been told that they expect to notify decisions within the next 2 weeks.

I really don't understand them.
They are aware of their position. Whatever I think of that ranking, it matters.
Most of the top schools have a deadline of April 1 for securing a spot.
Given that UCLA does not have big scholarship offers (as far as I know), I don't know how they think they are in the same competition with other private top schools (and most of them already announced their decisions).
And I am saying this because I think UCLA would be a great school for me, but then again, I am not sure if I would gamble with the scholarships I've already received.

Congratulations on your selection for other Universities !!
Where all have you applied and which scholarships you have received?
