Hey guys,
if it wasn't for the money, I would have accepted the offer from Chicago without a second thought. But is it really worth these extra $40k? What do you think?
UChicago vs. UPenn ($40k)

Wow I do not envy you having to make this decision (or actually maybe I do? 40k from UPenn is a lot lol!)
UChicago is one of the few law schools in the US that has consistently maintained its position as a T5 school in the US, but also as a T11 school in global law school rankings.
Whereas UPenn has consistently held on to its position as a T10 school in the US, and is also well-respected globally.
I would argue that your decision should probably be based on a combination of two things: (1) How easily you can afford to cover the cost of tuition in UChicago irrespective of whether you are able to land a BigLaw (or similar) job afterwards and (2) The perception of each school in the country where you intend to pursue your career.
Good luck!

Penn Law because of Wharton if you belong to the world of business.

Yeah they offer a business certificate with Wharton

I would choose Penn without hesitation; the differences in reputation seem almost non-existent to me.
