Just received another offer from Tulane with a scholarship of US$ 15,000.

How should I choose from Tulane and Fordham?

If you have a scholarship, I would say Tulane would be a good choice, especially if you are specializing in admiralty law.

I agree with OpinioJuris. Specialization does matter.
Tulane is a good university. I personaly know one professor who teaches at Tulane among other universities. Thus I can assure you that the course on comparative civil law is one of the best.
And, certainly, a scholarship is a big plus.

My Specialization is business related llm program, I applied for American Business Law program at Tulane. My parents would like me to go to Fordham given its ranking, which is slightly better than Tulane, and specially for its location in New York.

Meanwhile I am waitlisted by NWU
what a dilemma...

I'm quity critical when it comes to existing rankings, actually. So no advice here.
But if you have time for answering to Tulane, you can (and should) wait for the infomation from your other "destinations".

Nevertheless, keep us posted on your decision. It's interesting what university you'll choose eventually.

And good luck!!!!
