Hi! I have a question about travelers checks:
As far as I know travelers checks have to be signed 2 times: When you purchase them and when you hand them over to the payee.
How do you send travelers checks the university can use? Sign them twice before sending?

That's exactly what I have done with one of mine applications (signed twice). Since I haven't receive any complaints, I guess it was ok...
