Hi everyone!
I would like to hear some objective opinions on my chances of getting into top10-20 law schools for LLM in the US.
Here's what i've got:
Graduated with a 2:1 from a UK university (non-Russel group, unfortunately) this year. Originally from a Third World country (if that makes any difference). Speak 4 languages fluently.
Work experience: legal experience and internships at major banks in my home country, international law firm in London and home country, worked as a graphic designer for a friend's business.
Extra-curriculars: an active member of the law society at my uni, pro-bono worker, an art classes tutor for high school students, a volunteer at orphanages, a skilled pianist. also i've been taking professional drawing/painting classes.
Problems:
I think my grades aren't brilliant and it's a huge downside. I've got a 2:1, but i'm not sure about my class ranking to be honest. It's probably somewhere in the middle.
I would really appreciate some views and comments on my chances. Also, any shared experience from people who got into the top schools would be very useful.
Thanks in advance :)

nationality does make a difference not only at the admission stage, but also when considered for a scholarship, which usually comes in the form of cutting tuitions. I honestly believe you've good chances to be admitted to many schools among the top 20, although it's difficult to assess if you'll get into a particular school and not in another. Best of luck

Yes, i figured that nationality may be a factor in the decision-making. I also thought that because i studied in the UK i will be considered against the UK students rather than the students from my home country. Hence, my concerns about the grades :/
Thank you very much for your reply!
